Hey there! I'm Aaron Jordan.
I create software that usersand developers love.

Over the past several years, I've helped shape the modern web.
From infrastructure contributions that capture API patterns I daydream about to pixel-perfect, web-accessible implementations of user journeys, I have made the internet a better place for everyone.
Update (August 2025): This site is a little out of date and I'm currently working on something new and exciting.
I've moved on from Google to Woflow and am excited to be more connected to the OSS world. This means everything from getting back into NextJS to managing builds and deployments with modern tooling. So far, so good! 😎

Legal Removals ToolGoogle
Summer 2022 – Present
Google's internal toolkit for processing legal takedowns is undergoing an ambitious rewrite to bring its frontend into the modern era of web UX. Thanks to our incremental development strategy, we've been able to deliver a wide range of experiences within the suite to real users, even transforming some workflows to save our agents' effort and time.
The opportunity to make the internet a safer place for anyone on Google's services (that is a lot of users) is one I have enjoyed, learned greatly from, and contributed tens of thousands of lines of code toward.

My Wedding Website!
Summer 2021
A real labor of love, I built the website that my wife and I used to share with friends and family about our wedding.
- With some help with my best man, Bennett, guests were able to sign into our site with OAuth to RSVP for the big day.
- On the day of the wedding, this included a self-hosted livestream of the event for my distant family and friends who were not able to attend. (And they told me it worked!)
- Some general information and a photo gallery are still available for viewing.
